This is the perfect adventure for those who are curious about more advanced types of cooking outdoors. Are you just a normal foodie or food nerd with ambitions to expand your culinary horizons by cooking over an open fire? Or do you want to develop your business to include outdoor cooking, provide your guests with the opportunity to independently create gourmet food in an outdoor kitchen. If so, Culinary Outdoor is perfect for you, and can provide a day and night in the forest!
This lunch to lunch adventure will change your views on food and also on yourself - outdoor cooking is challenging both practial and sensible.

All you need for this intense stay and challenging education in outdoorcooking over open fires is included. Just bring your outdoor clothes (remember that this is a proper outdoor event) and a curious mind!

Praktisk information
Culinary outdoor - memories for the whole life
We start and end at lunch time, and we spend an intense day together in the outdoor kitchen. At first we prepare lunch, getting to know the outdoor kitchen and trying out basic functions. After some introduction, we dedicate the evening to an advanced menu over the open fire – and enjoying it together inside the Älvan/the Fairy yurta at Nyrups Naturhotell.
After a wonderful night in the cosy beds in the huts of Nyrups Naturhotell, we prepare breakfast together, spend some time reflecting on the food we prepared yesterday and then closing the trip by preparing a shared lunch.
Culinary Outdoor is run by Camilla Jönsson who has worked with outdoor cooking since 2012 together with Rickard Elmqvist – a chef, physicist and adventurer.
As a base, Culinary Outdoor is located at Nyrups Naturhotell. The huts at the Naturhotell consists of twin or triple yurtas that can keep 8-14 persons. The price includes guidance, all ingredients including alcohol-free drinks and accommodation in a twin or triple yurta including sheets and cleaning.
On proposal, Culinary Outdoor can be held anywhere where we can put our fires and dig a hole for the ground oven! Don't hesitate to ask for a setup!
What do I need to bring?
You need to adapt your clothing to the season and to the weather forecast. Good shoes, water prof clothes if needed, and in spring and autumn also leggins and sweaters. Please note that clothes must stand smoke and fire.
**Cancellation policy**

- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% it booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 80% if booking is cancelled 72 hours or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
