The Edible Country - the Ormanäs table!

Book a seat at the table in Ormanäs and enjoy a prepared but still a "do it yourself" -activity in the Swedish forest! This is a perfect activity for groups or families, but also very fun for couples and friends.
At arrival our guide will meet you and follow you out on a tour where you'll learn and taste several different herbs and flowers in the area. Depending on the season, you'll also pick and try different berries, fruits and maybe mushrooms. The hike is rather easy, but be prepared to "dive" straight into the forest!
After a while you'll reach the outdoor kitchen where the prepared table waits for you. Here we'll sort and prepare the findings, and we'll also investigate the local ingredients that will enrich your lunch cooking.
You'll work with the fire to cook a lovely lunch and we'll leave you in the silence to enjoy your meal under the beech tree canopies. And don't forget to add "The Drinkable country" if you're curious in what to use for drinks in the Swedish nature!

If you add "The drinkable country" you'll get all you need for non alcoholic versions of the drinks. If you want, we can provide you with information so you can bring what you need for the versions with alcohol
Praktisk information
You need to be prepared for an outdoor stay, remember to check the weather report and adjust your clothes after the report.
To arrive to the table (and to pick your ingredients) you have to walk in the nature, so be prepared with good shoes and outdoor clothes!
Please note that in case of a total fire ban, the outdoor cooking will be made on a field kitchen or (in case of extreme dry weather) substituded with a prepared meal
**Cancellation policy**
Standard rate
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% it booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 80% if booking is cancelled 72 hours or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
